to the secrets of Taoist feminine practice with Arlette Vanhauw
Arlette
has the pleasure to take you on a wonderful journey to the core of
your female being. She has worked closely with Saida in the past 4
years and teaches of course some of the themes that Saida teaches as
well but she likes to add certain things to enable a quick
transformation of the emotions that may come up during the class.
Because we have 2 weeks in between our classes we can use
those techniques at home to support ourselves. Among them Chi Nei
Tsang for self health, breathing techniques and basic qigong
practice. Arlette may also use one or a few other energetic healing
techniques along the way according to the need of the group.
We start at
10:00 and end at 17:30.
These
classes are taught as a series, one lesson follows the next one, so
