Dominique Kriger, born in 1961, lives in Brussels and studied at the Chiness Centre various applications of qigong, such as moving meditation, silent meditation, Chi Nei Tsang, sexual qigong ...

His qigong teacher is Carsten Dohnke; he receives further education in Taoism, meditation, Buddhist psychology and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) from Master Shangshi.

He studied political science and public management at the University of Brussels and Antwerp. Both in his studies and his work, he has always been fascinated by human behavior in organizations. The Fusion of the 5 Elements is one of the most important applications of the Inner Alchemy school. The focus of the Fusion 1 is to transforme negative emotions, as well as bring balance and harmony into the energies of our organs. The cleansed energy of the organs will then be concentrated by means of some Taoist protective symbols into a pearl in the belly. In the Alchemy they call this the beginning of the creation of our Light Body. 

Because the transformations of the negative energy are so impressive they also call this practice the crown jewel of Taoist Meditation. The practice gives us inner power and confidence. We stay more centered and focused. The practice is a strong mental training that raises our awareness and concentration. The Fusion will also help us raise our energetic protective shield and is therefor of good use for people who deal with other people a lot. All exercices are easy to learn!

People who want to learn more about the Tao and have no ambition to become teachers are equally welcome!

In this practical 17-month training you will get an extensive overview about different Qigong forms and styles. All styles work in a healing way for the body, the mind and the soul. Every style has indeed its own centre of gravity and thus displays a different working. While you practice different forms and styles, the essence of Qigong, placed against a background of Taoism, will be easier to access for you.
While the Shengzhen-Qigong with smooth, light movements opens our heart for love and compassion, the Shaolin-Sehnen-Qigong strengthens the bones, teeth and body power, helps Crane Qigong us to come back to a condition of „Lightness of Being“, while the Qigong of the Swimming Dragon works to rejuvenate, because it supports the rejuvenation of the cells and strengthens the libido.

The training includes a big practical part with Qigong and Meditation techniques, the medical effects from the movements, basic concepts of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and basic knowledge of either Taoist as well as Buddhist philosophy. You will receive an extensive tool so you can compose a suitable exercise program for different target groups. For Carsten Dohnke the priority lies in the high professional skills. He transfers this in a compelling, joyful and enthusiastic way.

Shangshi Zhou is elk jaar te gast in Hamburg bij Carsten Dohnke en zijn Vrouw Weihua (Tao Hamburg) en hij geeft daar verschillende seminaries.

Meester Shangshi is een afstammeling van de oude Tibetaanse Dzogchen-Traditie. Sinds zijn jeugd leerde hij verschillende Taoïstische praktijken.

Gedurende 16 maanden volg je 5 x 4 dagen en aan het einde van de 20 dagen, na een examen, ben je gecertifieerd Qigong leraar als je deelneemt aan de examens. Liefhebbers van Qigong en Tao die geen ambitie hebben om leraar te worden zijn ook welkom. Iedereen krijgt een certificaat van deelname.

- Module 2: 7-11/9/2011. Donderdag 10u-20u à 21u, vrijdag 10u-18u, zaterdag 10u-22u, zondag 10u-17u. Op woensdagavond 6/9  is er een herhalingssessie voorzien van 19u-21u.

Quantum Touch basiscursus

Shangshi Zhou is elk jaar te gast in Hamburg bij Carsten Dohnke en zijn Vrouw Weihua (Tao Hamburg) en hij geeft daar verschillende seminaries.

Meester Shangshi is een afstammeling van de oude Tibetaanse Dzogchen-Traditie. Sinds zijn jeugd leerde hij verschillende Taoïstische praktijken. 
Hij heeft een hele ruime kennis van het Boeddhisme, innerlijke Alchemie, Qigong, Taiji en de Christelijke Mystiek. Het hoofdthema van zijn onderricht is 'De sprong van het Ego in de Tao' - een 'ontwaken in de realiteit van het zijn', wat volgens zijn ervaring de essentie bevat van de Mystieke tradities .
Door zijn diepe kennis van de Tao inspireert hij Carsten, Weihua en vele anderen ons inclusief. Dit heeft een directe uitwerking op Tao Hamburg en ook op het Chiness Centre.
